Important Details for Pool Installs:
Pool depth measurements must be provided at least a few days before installation to ensure proper setup.
Pool pumps must be turned off during installation and for the duration of the event to prevent balloons from shifting.
We use heavy weights at the bottom of the pool, but they are carefully wrapped in plastic to protect the pool lining.
No refunds due to weather conditions—please consider an indoor alternative if rain is in the forecast.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery to avoid charges.
